Great Service Rewarded
I have returned from the Whitby Folk Festival and my stay at The Langley Hotel. Bob Stevens, the hotel proprietor, took great care to remember and use the names of all his guests. At breakfast and during the day he was around to have a quick word or offer local guidance.
It pays to keep your service personal and talk to your customers.
When I go to the next Folk Festival or go to the Goth Week or Whitby 60′s Spectacular I will remember the personal touch.
