Unilever Pot Noodles

If you need another example of the business value of good people look what happened to Unilever when they recruited a new CEO from Nestle. Shares jumped by 91p adding £1bn to the market value.

Make sure you have your ‘Noodle’ firmly screwed on and you may ‘Pot’ some profits.

Your brand should work in a way that makes you a desirable employer.  Give people the right environment, appropriate challenges and the opportunity to excel.
